The reason I ask is that I upgraded a computer from Office 2000 Pro to Office 2003 a while ago. The installer said that some Office 2000 components would no longer work with 2003 and would all be removed in order to install any of Office 2003. You may may find yourself in a similar situation with trying to install or run PhotoDraw 2000 on top of other Office 2002 applications.
