Class CID means you have both a Georgia ID & Class C Drivers License. Sure you can do this. However, I have a few of my questions back to you: (a) Who will be driving the vehicle for the rest of the year while you have your learner`s permit and (b) why would you purchase the vehicle now? Since you are not able to drive the vehicle on your own, who will be driving it?
